At DOLK, we give you privilege to earn points in every purchase of product. One point is equivalent to $1, and you may use these points even right away as you place your order. The points are valid only for one year and cannot be changed in cash and non-transferrable for every one account user.

About Return and Exchange

DOLK only accepts cancellation before any payment is made. Once the payment is confirmed, DOLK will no longer accept either cancellation, return or exchange of order. For damaged or defective products, we will give seven days replacement right after you received the products. This is subject for verification from DOLK and manufacturers. DOLK will pay the shipment fee or refund to you through PayPal.

About the Time for Payment

After placing your order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email and guidelines on how to pay. DOLK will give you 1 week to pay your order. Once you cannot pay within the given period, your order is automatically canceled. If you paid your order but did not receive an automatic confirmation email, please send us email at [].
