How do I place my order?
It’s very simple and easy.
1. You need to register as a member, please fill-up the membership information.
2. Choose your products.
3. Select additional request such as colors, make-up, quantity and other miscellaneous.
4. Add to cart.
5. Wait for the automatic email for your order confirmation. You may email us at ( )if you don’t receive order-confirmation-email.
6. Payment.
When the doll manufacturers released new limited items in their official site, can I order in this site (DOLK STATION)?
We deal the basic new items almost constantly. However, If you did not see yet in our shopping online, you may notify our sales assistant at, so that they can prepare your desire items.
Can we still order or request for those items which are out of production?
Sorry, we cannot order for those items which are out of production.
Can I order or request for a specific makeup for the doll?
Sorry, we don’t accept the order for specific makeup.
Can I cancel my order?
We accept the cancellation only before your payment.
What happen if I order both items In-stock and Pre-order?
In this case we will wait for the other items to arrive before we ship all your items including item In-stock. However if you wish to send early your order (Item-In-Stock), we can ship as long you pay for any additional shipping fee.
I place my order but I did not receive the automatic order-confirmation-email, what should I do?
Please check the following reasons.
■Your e-mail filter ISP is blocking emails from DOLK.
■Your e-mail server is over the capacity.
■Your e-mail address is changed after you have registered it.
■You entered a wrong email address when you ordered.
■Please check below your inbox in the spam or junk e-mail.

Shipping & Delivery
When will you ship my order?
If the item is In-stock we can ship within 3 business days. If the item is in Maker-Order-Product, usually it will take 1-3 months. Otherwise, we specify the date of the shipment for specific products. This may also take up to 5 months due to hand made products and Makers production capacity.
When will I receive my order?
As of this time, EMS is our partner in shipping. Your items may come from Japan, Korea or China. Usually within a week after we ship your item.
How much does it cost for shipping fee?
Please take a look for deliveries or shipping fees table in your area at DOLK Deliveries Fee page. You will also notify about your deliveries fee before your orders completed.
Can you bundle multiple items into one box/pack for shipping?
Yes, we can bundle all your orders if you needed anytime even your old or future orders. Please ignore the shipping cost while you’re ordering your second or future order and ask our customer assistant so that they can arrange your final shipping value or cost.
Can I change the shipping address?
Yes, as long as the orders have not been shipped out yet. Please feel free to contact us ahead for your favorable address at ( ) or you may edit your shipment address in your account at DOLK.
Returns & Exchange
I received damaged/defective/wrong item, what should I do?
We apologize for the inconvenience in this matter.

Can I exchange or return my items in case the item of A company does not compatible with the item of B company?
Yes, we can exchange only for the same amount or higher of any available item. But you will be the one to shoulder for any shipping fee. You must notify us within three (3) days after you received your order. Also we only exchange for this case if the item is still in good condition as we hand over.
What payment methods does DOLK STATION offer?
DOLK STATION accepts only PayPal as of the moment. You must have PayPal account to submit your payment.

When I placed my order the item was available, but when I already ask to pay the item is no longer available. Can you explain why?
We remind you, that some of the items have changes status any time and there is no prior notice. If you order that is out of stock, it will automatic deducted to your total amount.
