We use Regular EMS as cheapest and fastest way to ship your order. However if you wish other couriers such as EMS Premium,DHL, FedEx, Aramex, etc. Please contact our Customer Service Team or leave notes during you place your order.

Note: We may ask additional shipping fee to use other couriers mentioned above. Our Customer Service Team will assist you in this matter.

Handling Time

After you have successfully paid your order, please give us few times to prepare your orders in the following schedule;

In-stock Items7 – 10 working days (except Weekends and Holidays)
Incoming Stock7 – 10 working days as soon as the items arrive in the office (except Weekends and Holidays)
Maker Order Product /
Pre-order Items		7 – 10 working days as soon as the items arrive in the office (except Weekends and Holidays)

Note: Ordering Maker Order Products or Pre-order items you need to wait more times because Maker or Companies will start production as soon you order those items.

Production Processing Time

・Parts and Dolls: 2 – 3 Months (Note: There are some Companies we cannot control their production, hence this may take even up to 6 months.) ・Outfit, Wig, Etc.: 14 – 40 Days

Courier Shipping Time

EMS and other courier shipping time may take 7-14 working days depending on your locations.

Tracking

We will send you the link of tracking site as soon as we dispatch your orders.

Note: As soon as we sent your tracking number to you in your email, you may only track as the courier in-puts in their tracking system. Just wait for a few days.
